Security and privacy protection is of the utmost importance in today's world. When consumers drop off their computer or allow a technician to access it in any way they want to ensure their confidential and personal information is protected. To show that Syberfix takes these matters very seriously, it leads the industry in the most advanced privacy and security measures that exist.

Syberfix has encoded all pieces of the Professional Support Suite with up to 2048 bit end to end cipher encryption. This exceeds typical financial institution encryption by nearly 20 times. This encryption protects all remote computer repair sessions.

Consumers can protect all confidential information with a simple 1 step process. Files or folders are added into the Syberfix Privacy Box™ by dragging and dropping. The Privacy Box protects all information inside it. No one can view, move, alter, or access those personal or confidential files or folders in any way during a Syberfix computer support session - even the Technician. This allows consumers to feel at ease during a remote session.

Consumers may choose to give Computer Repair Technicians full or partial access to their computer before the repair session begins. When Trusted access is enabled a Repair Technician is able to take control and fix their computer as if sitting right there with them. If Restricted Access is enabled it runs in viewing mode with limited tools such as virtual felt pens that allow the Technician to direct the consumer to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Syberfix allows consumers to disconnect from a remote computer repair session with the click of one button. This makes it simple for the consumer, and increases their comfort level that they are in control of what is happening to their computer.

Consumers must always ask for help, before a Repair Technician can access their computer and provide assistance. Once a remote session has ended, the software is automatically locked down. When the computer support or maintenance session has concluded, a Repair Technician cannot re-connect to the consumers computer without their consent.

Syberfix security and authorization servers are located in top of the line HIPAA compliant data centers, the standard for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to protect private information in the medical and insurance industries. Syberfix security technology also exceeds compliance for Blowfish and ARC4 standards.
